Trevor takes us through Gurus HQ to tour the options for growing herbs and vegetables indoors in a contained, convenient environment.

• The trouble with indoor environments is they are not ideal for most edibles as edibles love full sun conditions, something not possible indoors.
• Whilst there are commercial systems available that allow you to grow your own fresh produce in indoor environments there really wasn’t an option for a domestic environment. Thanks to Gathera there are now a few options for any table-top and office environment.
• Entirely customisable, the Sun Shelf can be used to grow indoor plants, herbs, vegetables and even microgreens. It doesn’t look industrial, it looks fantastic, a real feature indoors. It takes just minutes to set up, including the self-watering hydro trays and lights.
• The frame is fully adjustable and involves magnetic connections which allows you to clip the lights into place, they are run off a controller and are LED so use very little power to drive strong healthy growth.
