Water Tubes
Presenter: Neville Passmore
Episode: 25 (20th October 2007)
If you’re about to take holidays and are worried about how your plants are going to survive without watering while you are away, there is now a wonderful solution.
It is a brilliant little Aussie invention called ‘Water Tube’. It acts like a conventional tree guard except that it full of water, 20 litres of it. The water feeds into your plants via a little coiled dripper, which can keep them watered for two weeks at a time.
Garden Express has a special offer this week for Guru viewers. You can pick up a ten pack of the ‘Water Tubes’, which would normally cost around $75 for only $45. Which is a huge 40% saving. If you get your order in by Monday delivery is free.
