Eden Gardens
Episode: #17 11/8/07
Presenter: Dean Boone
If you have ever watched the Garden Gurus before, you would know that one of Dean’s favourite places is Eden Gardens, he is a passionate gardener and so are they. When he visits Eden Gardens he feels like a kid running wild in a lolly shop.
Dean took a short tour with Aria, a friend of his. Apparently since the Lane Cove tunnel opened people from all over Sydney have been taking the short drive, just off the M2 to North Ryde. You can’t miss the unique building with such a striking roof.
Eden gardens have 3 main areas, the nursery, the display gardens, and that funky building. Inside you will find an oasis of the best quality garden furniture and the out door living pieces will stand the test of time in your garden, the range is massive, so let the staff help you make the right selection.
The display gardens are massive, and always changing, it is worth taking a wander. You can also engage a range of services to make your garden life easier. Eden by designs can provide you with a garden consultancy. They have a project management and construction tem, for gardens big and small.
The most comprehensive range of pots and art for that focal piece in your garden can be found to the back of the nursery.
They also have an in store potting service, pick the perfect pot and plant combo and they will do all the work for you, and you can even arrange a home planting service.
For a real in store experience Eden can even provide you with a perfect shopper to get the right plants and gifts. There is even a bridal registry and free in store gift wrapping not just at Christmas but all year round.
Personal care and service is really important at any garden centre, and Eden Gardens really excel at this. Thankfully there are still some places that deliver some good old fashioned service. So whether you are old, or young at heart, this is a very special place to visit.
