Richard Go is Australia’s most celebrated designer and his creation is Singapore is a sanctuary from down under.

Richard: We always think of having the stress of work from Monday to Friday and we are always looking forward to the weekend or going away for a holiday and I though the best thing to do was to have a perfect place that you can go to and do something that is similar to how Australia is.

We had a little bit of a problem trying to get the flowers that were right and what we wanted to use in the display. Because of the end of season we decided to use more of the end products like the capsules and pods rather than the main flower itself.

We had a lot of fun doing the design for the festival.

Congratulations Richard, the design was one of the most popular displays at the show.
