Keeping the pool water fresh and clean can be challenging. Luckily Matt is here with a few key ingredients to help keep you pool in check with minimal fuss.

Preparing for Everyday Use

• Backwashing your sand filter every week is a good way to keep all filters in check, and will help keep your pool water clean
• Adding a clarifying agent into your skimmer box will help your filter capture all the microbe particles that maybe making your water cloudy
• Using a chemical to help shock the pool is a great way to burn off the used chlorines
• A sanitizer will work quickly allowing the pool to be used within the hour
• Protect your water from the sun using a UV sun block. This protects the chlorine from the UV rays which helps keep your pool looking healthy for longer
