Forget nasty winter bugs because this week's tea is the perfect remedy for colds and flu's.

- The herbs in this recipe include Sage, Thyme and Yarrow and they all help in reducing symptoms for colds and flu's. They are not a cure but just give your body more ammunition to fight them. The Stevia is in there to sweeten the tea. If you don't have any try some honey.
- Cold Tea Recipe:
- 2 x leaves of Sage
- 2 x leaves of Yarrow (red or white)
- 2 x leaves of Stevia
- 2 x sprigs of ThymeChop up sage and yarrow and place in a cup.
Add thyme and stevia.
Add water and let infuse for a few mins then drink.
Try Lemon Thyme for a flavour variation.
