Looking after and feeding our plants is the best way to make our gardens look fantastic. Bonnie and James will show you the best way to re pot a large succulent.

• Different signs that indicate that your plants need repotting:

• The first sign is the roots. They will be escaping through the drainage holes. This tells us that the pot is no longer big enough for the plant.
• Quality of the soil. As the plants use the nutrients and establish their roots, the soil can shrink away from the pot, leaving it unbalanced and hungry.

• The perfect time to repot these plants is either at the start of spring or autumn.

• Reasons behind this:
  Encourages better root development as the weather is still warm enough for these plants to grow and establish into their new pots.
